Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage existing accounts while building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development and outside sales.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
