Shift Into Your New Role as a Detail Supervisor:
Subaru of Kings Automall is looking for an experienced Detailer to lead our team. This exciting new role offers excellent potential for career advancement! The ideal candidate will supervise and actively participate in various tasks within our busy Sales Department. Experience is essential to help train and improve our efficiency. We're seeking a compassionate, organized leader who can also provide support to their colleagues. Responsibilities include overseeing lot tech and detail training, lot maintenance, cleaning new and used cars, moving vehicles, refueling, maintaining customer areas, shoveling snow in winter, and working both indoors and outdoors.
Schedule: 40-hour week including some weekends

Qualifications to Shift Your Career Forward:
- Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to company
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely, daily
- Ability to physically move inside / outside of the dealership for your shift
- Ability to shovel snow in winter months
- High school grad / GED
- Satisfactory employment references
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preference may be given to individuals with:
- Detail and/or Lot Tech experience, but not required
- Detail-oriented skills and ability to manage time per past employment
- Experience managing others
