The mission of a Quill Inside Sales Team Manager is to provide a respectful, engaged, and diverse culture for our associates to instill a growth mindset and drive results. They do this by coaching, keeping an open and inclusive dialogue, and executing strategic initiatives through change management. Managers pride themselves on being transparent while holding their team and themselves accountable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead front line sellers with consistent coaching, developing and accountability to ensure selling processes, strategies and initiatives are being executed with quality and efficiency to grow and retain sales.
- Consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations
- Responsible for the execution of sales strategies within their given team/campaign focus while capturing regular intel on what is working well, what are the obstacles and what are the areas of needed improvement
- Responsible to deliver on team sales quota and productivity KPI’s (60% of team should be hitting and/or exceeding expectations on a regular basis)
- Improve seller, team, and campaign performance by call listening, call coaching and collaboration while ensuring sellers have proper support and foundation for success
- Creating and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and positive environment
- Responsible for meticulous hiring for new associates while supporting supplemental training and support
- Vocalizes team feedback and recommendations to sales leadership for efficiency improvements and evolution of campaign and sales strategy
- Facilitate performance evaluations, review and any formal performance improvement plans for the members of the Sales team. Maintain proper and thorough documentation for all associates.

Qualifications:
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of previous sales and/or people management experience
- Must reside in the province of Nova Scotia as you will be required to travel within the province quarterly
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years people management experience
- Poven ability with consistent call coaching sessions, and crucial conversations
- Proficient using CRM tools, salesforce.com or a comparable sales/CRM tool and reporting effectively
- Proven ability with presenting and communicating with different levels in the organization
- Demonstrated experience dealing with adversity and showing a result-oriented mindset
