Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting travel agencies, tour operators, corporate accounts, and other relevant partners to drive tourism revenue.

- Market Analysis: Identify new growth opportunities by analyzing trends, understanding customer needs, and keeping abreast of competitor activities.

- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring exceptional service, support, and satisfaction.

- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and other KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Brand Representation: Represent the company at travel trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand reach and visibility.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts.

- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.

- Recruitment: Formation of a Europe Destination Sales Team, team size 2-4 members.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in tourism sales or a related industry, with a proven track record in business development and account management.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive results.

- Familiarity with sales analytics.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
