The Role in a Nutshell

- Lead the sales function, embodying Eagleview's values of pride, integrity, grit, simplicity, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction even beyond project completion.
- Design and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs and preferences of luxury clientele.
- Prioritize nurturing client relationships post-sale, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a background in high-end home services or other high-end services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- A keen interest in Home Renovations and a desire to have a career in this exciting industry,
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
