Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, identify key pain points, and develop actionable strategies to improve account performance and business development opportunities.
  • Promote company programs and events to clients, leveraging sales experience to effectively communicate and engage stakeholders, as well as support account strategies, ensure the successful promotion of programs and events, and drive the successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Interact with organizational leaders and internal teams, such as UX, Marketing, and Development, to ensure the seamless execution of projects and strategies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs, ensuring decisions align with company goals.
  • Provide insights and apply leading practices to accounts.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Travel to attend events and high-profile client meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred background in Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related fields (analytical foundation).
  • Experience in sales is helpful but not required; a background in retail or wholesale industries (B2C and B2B) is strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Comfort with data analysis and presentation tools is essential.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of the consumer journey.

  • Bilingual in Korean

Pay range

The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $54,000 - $68,000 (yr).

We are "firm" on the base pay of $54K for recent college graduates. A higher salary may be offered to those with relevant experience in the B2B wholesale industry.
