Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting the financial aspects of the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and account management.
Duties
- All bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivables.
- Source Deductions
- Direct Payroll Deposits
- HST preparation
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentations.
- Reconcile bank & credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Skills / Experience
- ** MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS QuickBooks Online plus Bookkeeping & Office Administration EXPERIENCE **
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidate must be an exceptionally detailed orientated individual .
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
