Dental Sales Consultant/Patient Advocate Position
We are a thriving, high-performance dental practice looking for a rock star Dental Sales professional to join our team! The person in this role will answer incoming calls, conduct phone consultations, build rapport, and establish a genuine connection quickly. The candidate chosen for this position will serve as the face of the practice, representing our commitment to exceptional patient care and service. Additionally, the individual in this role will serve as a partner to another sales team member in our practice to help patients move forward with treatment when needed. You'll be part of a dynamic work environment, trusted to contribute to improving the lives of our patients. This full-time position offers a chance to feel satisfied, knowing you're making a positive impact. This person must have a strong background in sales, with at least 2 years of sales experience preferred. Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven "feel good" consultative sales process.
*Dental experience is preferred, but NOT necessary for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering patient calls and scheduling new/current patients
- Greeting patients and assisting with paperwork as needed
- Facilitating new patient tours and acting as a liaison between the front office
and clinical team
- Identifying individual treatment goals and guiding patients towards a YES
- Executing detailed financial conversations to support treatment progression
- Collaborating with a team committed to excellence in patient care
- Administrative duties to include email/mail correspondence, responding to incoming leads through our website and social media platforms
