Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Duties: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients - Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify competitors, and assess customer needs - Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Lead sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to motivate the sales team - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles - Strong knowledge of account management, business development, and outside sales techniques - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify opportunities - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, commission, bonuses, and benefits.
