Product Support Sales
Representative
The Opportunity
As a outside territory PSR, you will be responsible for increasing revenues in your assigned region, leveraging existing customer relationships to ensure they are aware of our full products and services, as well as identifying and developing new account opportunities. Your performance will be measured by the degree to which you uncover, quote, and close deals as well as maintain and increase customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experince in every aspect of sales and account management and further develop their skills within a growing department.
- Drive new B2B service and parts revenue through the sale of service agreements, attachements, and service jobs within the defined territory.
- Manage the customer experience by ensuring expectations are met increasing overall customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships through exceptional communication with multiple key personnel at new and existing accounts.
- Proactively plan, schedule and track your duties by use of Leavitt Machinery’s CRM database.
- Expand on your abilities, skills, and strategic traits through continuous improvement activities such as product training, department shadowing, and personal development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
You are a people person, you enjoy working and building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers. You are capable of working in a demanding and rapidly evolving environment, where duties and tasks may pivot and you enjoy the excitement of learning new things all while remaining organized and managing timelines. You are competent with Microsoft Office products and have a genuine interest in sales and machinery. You also meet the following requirements:
- Post-secondary education in sales, business management or a related discipline and/or previous experience in a similar role
- Proven ability in sales and account management
- High energy, motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident on the phone and in person

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: 2 years (preferred)
