As the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies that boosts the business portfolio, enhance brand presence, and achieve sales targets. You’ll have the resources and freedom to craft innovative solutions, backed by a team as dedicated to the industry’s evolution as you are.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a talented sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans that expand our client base and ensure our strong presence in the market.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and solutions with company-wide objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Who You Are:
- A proven leader with a track record of sales excellence in the beauty, aesthetic, or similar industries.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of turning insights into actionable sales strategies.
- An excellent communicator and motivator, able to inspire a team to achieve and exceed their goals.
- Knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
