Geotab is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who will build, implement and deliver learning programs for Geotab's Internal Sales teams. These modules will be used to onboard, train, upskill new Sales employees, existing Sales employees, and Sales leaders throughout the organization. This position will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to develop onboarding and ongoing sales programs solutions that align with business needs and learning objectives. This position will also identify and analyze the skills, performance and knowledge gaps. What you’ll do:  As a Sales Enablement Manager your key area of responsibility will be to assess Geotab's current sales activity and establish programs to strengthen sales execution. You will also need to identify, develop and drive a unified continuous improvement of all sales methodologies and processes globally. You will need to work closely with several key stakeholders within Geotab such as Sales Operations, Learning and Development, Marketing and Marketplace teams. To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong facilitation skills.
